Core Responsibilities & Duties:
Manage and grow existing enterprise-level customer relationships, serving as the main point of contact for their transportation needs Develop and implement account management strategies and plans to retain and grow our client base Monitor key account metrics and provide regular updates to senior management on account performance Oversee the management of all client accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and client satisfaction Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations Lead and motivate the account management team to achieve and exceed goals Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services Implement best practices for client interaction and retention Collaborate with the sales, operations, and customer service teams to address client needs and expectations Participate in contract negotiation and renewal processes Resolve complex issues that may arise, and promptly address client concerns Other duties as assignedQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field A minimum of 10 years of experience in account management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Proven track record in the transportation industry is a mustSkills:
