We are actively seeking dedicated DSP/Caregivers to provide In Home & Community Support, Companion Services, Community Participation Support and Respite Services in Residential Group Homes! Responsibilities/Qualifications: + Promote client outcomes in behavioral, social, and vocational realms + Assist client participation in leisure/recreational activities + Provide respite and companionship to offer relief to family or primary caregiver + Complete initial and ongoing training and staff development activities + Ability to achieve competency in required knowledge, skills, and abilities + Ability to work independently in the community and/or the client’s home + Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary, based on individual client needs + Passion and experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) is preferred Requirements: + Must be at least 18 years old + High School Diploma or equivalent + Valid driver’s license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation + Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks + Lifting may be required depending on individual client needs + CPR/First Aid Certification Training is provided by company Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour Job Types Available: + Full Time + Part Time Shifts Available: + Mornings + Evenings + Overnights Experience: + Caregiving: 1-2 years (Preferred) Work Location: + In person Benefits: + Flexible Schedules; Weekly Pay; Competitive Wages; Paid Onboarding Training; Paid Holidays + Eligibility of some benefits are based on hours worked include: + Medical; Dental; Life Insurance; 401K **$1000 Signing Bonus Details: + $333 paid out after working 90 days with an average of 20 hours per week + $333 paid out after working 6 months (180 days) with an average of 20 hours per week + $334 paid out after working 1 year (365 days) with an average of 20 hours per week + Applicant cannot have been employed by Abound Health (or any of our newly acquired companies) in the past 18 months + Signing bonus not applicable for Residential Services + Employees hired as Relative as Providers (RAPs) are not eligible for the Signing Bonus If you are interested in becoming a part of our community or would like to learn more about available opportunities, please apply online or email us at recruitingteam@aboundhealth.com.
