About the role: We are looking for a results-driven Direct Sales Representative to promote and sell a range of products and services to new and existing customers. In this role, you will support lead generation efforts, inform clients about new offerings, and contribute to building a strong sales pipeline. You’ll work across various accounts and product lines, helping to drive growth through effective outreach and collaboration. Key Responsibilities + Identify and research prospective clients in target industries. + Initiate contact through email, phone, and social media to generate interest. Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives. + Maintain accurate records of outreach and progress in the CRM system. Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine outreach strategies. + Stay informed about our products, services, and industry trends. + Contribute to lead generation plans and pipeline development. + Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities. Qualifications + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to build relationships and engage diverse stakeholders. + Organized and detail-oriented with good time management. + Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms. + Curious, proactive, and eager to learn. + Experience in sales, customer service, or outreach is a plus—not required.
