Main Job Purpose
To grow, retain and maintain accounts optimally and profitably through cross- and upselling of products, whilst delivering on a low customer-effort experience as set out by the business.
Main Objectives
Grow sales volumes by identifying new business, growing local accounts, and exploring joint marketing opportunities in the region. Build and develop relationships with the local broker network and depots supporting National Deals in each region, with a strong focus on increasing sales and delivering low-effort customer experiences. Ensure service delivery, implementation, and management of deals to meet customer expectations. Ensure customer pricing is current and audited for accuracy and alignment. Share relevant market intelligence and potential National Deal leads with Insurance and Fleet Channel Managers. Maximise market visibility by providing local customers with PG marketing materials and attending industry/customer events to promote the PG Glass network. Manage accounts by resolving queries and overdue payments while growing business through cross- and upselling at local fitment centres. Ensure local deals are communicated to the Fitment Centre and implemented accordingly, with deal files maintained for price auditing. Maintain proper records of deal files to ensure continuity and meet customer expectations.
