For our Sales & Marketing team covering Czech Republic and Slovakia, we’re currently looking for a Direct Marketing Manager (based in Prague) to drive impactful direct marketing campaigns for our clients from the life sciences industry. In this role the candidate will work on defining strategies, designing, and executing campaigns leveraging both traditional channels (aligned with regulatory requirements) and cutting-edge digital solutions, in collaboration with a motivated team and external agencies. Leveraging IQVIA's unparalleled data assets and advanced technologies, you'll have the opportunity to revolutionize marketing efforts and deliver exceptional outcomes to help our clients evolving and innovating their commercial approach —presenting IQVIA’s direct marketing offering to clients, identifying opportunities, and driving deal generation. This position requires a dynamic professional who is both marketing-savvy and commercially driven, eager to engage with clients and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and define comprehensive direct marketing strategies tailored to clients' needs.Design and implement end-to-end marketing campaigns using both classic methods and innovative digital solutionsCollaborate with external agencies and partners to execute and enhance the digital ecosystem.Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.Leverage IQVIA’s unique data assets and technologies to inform campaign strategies and drive impactful results.Present IQVIA’s direct marketing capabilities and offerings to clients, articulating value and identifying opportunities for collaboration.Actively contribute to business development by generating leads and securing deals in alignment with client needs and strategic goals.Stay abreast of marketing trends, particularly in digital and life sciences industries, to continuously innovate.Maintain compliance with all regulations and standards applicable to direct marketing in the life sciences sector.Maintain constant relations with local clients, collaborating with the local IQVIA’s Sales team and also Sales & Marketing teams from other countries.Required Qualifications:
Proven marketing experience (4+ years), preferably in the life sciences industry.Exceptional strategic thinking, innovative mindset, and creative approach to designing digital solutions..Strong understanding of both traditional marketing channels and modern digital ecosystems.Strong commercial acumen and a proactive attitude toward client engagement and deal generation.Demonstrated ability to present solutions and value propositions to clients in a compelling and consultative manner.Eagerness to work at the forefront of marketing digital innovation and to take ownership of commercial success.Ability to lead and inspire a small team while collaborating effectively with external agencies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in Czech and EnglishEagerness to work at the forefront of marketing digital innovationWhat We Offer:
