The Role:SoFi is seeking a highly motivated self-starter to join our expanding Direct Mail Marketing Team. This person will play a key role in establishing a new campaign process across multiple SoFi products. Day-to-day activities involve working closely with external vendors and internal cross-functional teams to drive the success of each Direct Mail marketing campaign. Furthermore, this role will support the data and targeting strategy Direct Mail team in developing, executing and reporting on Direct Mail marketing campaign performance.

What You’ll Do:This role will support the Direct Mail marketing team in the planning, development, execution and performance monitoring of monthly Direct Mail campaigns. This person will mainly support the execution of the three key areas below, but they may also jump in to support other initiatives as needed.
The day-to-day responsibilities of this role comprise 3 key areas:
Production Management
Develop, maintain and regularly update campaign matrix spreadsheet, working closely with SoFi cross-functional teams to gather inputs and review for accuracy and quality control Review potential Direct Mail formats, working with the Direct Mail Creative team and multiple print vendors to request samples, recommendations and pricing; and complete various cost analyses of potential Direct Mail formats for testing Develop and maintain timelines for campaign execution in partnership with Direct Mail Project Manager, using Jira (project management software) Work with SoFi cross-functional teams to coordinate creative development, campaign data selection and approvals to achieve planned mail dates Help the Direct Mail team with quality control checks before final Direct Mail pieces go to print Support QR code development, management and reportingCampaign Strategy and Reporting
Aid in the creation of content for Direct Mail Campaign performance slides and decks for cross-functional stakeholders Support weekly and ad hoc Direct Mail Campaign reporting by updating performance metrics from various dashboards (e.g. Tableau) and providing insights on performance Monitor and report on in-home delivery of Direct Mail Campaigns Stay on top of the competitive Direct Mail landscape to support campaign planning and provide insights into direct mail campaign reportingVendor Management
Attend ongoing vendor status calls to manage and report on campaign timelines Act as the Direct Mail team’s point-of-contact to manage ongoing campaign-related communications with various vendors Support the tracking of Direct Mail Campaign costs to support budgeting across multiple product lines Support the processing of vendor invoices to ensure timely payment Support the tracking of Direct Mail Campaign costs to support budgeting across multiple product lines Support the processing of vendor invoices to ensure timely payment What You’ll Need: You will have graduated and your highest level of education is only a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related major (Spring 2025 New Grads or within 1 year of graduation) A desire to learn about Direct Mail marketing Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Experience collaborating with internal and external teams Proficiency using Google suite, particularly Google Sheets, to use formulas to create charts, pivot tables, etc. Positive, enthusiastic and compassionate Dedicated to providing high quality work while meeting set deadlines Holds self accountable for the success of the larger good Has great interpersonal skills, a positive can-do attitude and enjoys working with everyone (from vendors to executives) Passion for personal finance, financial products and tech Maintains a positive, optimistic attitude and welcomes change, challenges and new opportunities for growth Nice to Have: Experience working at an ad agency or other marketing role Experience working at a financial company or on financial products Experience with reporting platforms such as Tableau Able to prioritize and manage completing tasks and show good problem-solving judgment; strives for perfection Adaptable to changes in the work environment is comfortable dealing with frequent change, delays or unexpected eventsWhy you'll love working here:
