Area:
Purchase to Pay Services Americas (P2P) is part of the Supplier and Reporting (GBR) cluster and includes Procurement and Accounts Payable E2E Services for the entire Americas region. In P2P, we are responsible for acquiring goods and services, up to the payment stage. Our area is responsible for processing plant demands and paying invoices on time to avoid delays in the production process. Everything necessary for a chemical plant to operate is acquired by P2P: chemicals, reagents, gloves, food, etc.
Main Objective of the Position:
The Direct Finance Analyst manages a portfolio of raw material/packaging suppliers, serving as the point of contact for that specific operational division or process (categorized with low complexity). Their main objective is to ensure the supply of raw materials within their scope, working in collaboration with buyers and their counterpart in procurement within the Directs team. They work very closely with the seniors of the cluster, collaborating to meet both individual and collective objectives.
Main Tasks:
Manages and processes documents in SAP for the OD or Special Process for which they are responsible, ensuring compliance with the company's standard processes, performing the corresponding FRC controls, and avoiding any risk of incorrect and/or duplicate payments.
Responds to inquiries from suppliers and internal customers in accordance with established parameters.
Understands the specifications and needs of stakeholders throughout the P2P Directs chain, serving as the point of contact for the OD/Special Process for problem resolution.
Identifies training opportunities with internal customers, providing solutions that meet the corresponding business needs.
Works with their procurement counterpart to achieve efficiency and improvement throughout the P2P chain, monitoring on-time payment KPIs to ensure proper service delivery.
Minimum Education and Qualification Requirements for the Position:
Education | Graduate or advanced student of Public Accounting, Business Administration, International Business or related fields
Work Experience | 1-3 years of experience performing similar tasks
Languages | Advanced level of English. Portuguese is highly valued.
Technical Skills | MS Office and SAP are valued.
Soft Skills | Teamwork, customer orientation, collaborating for achievement and effective communication.
