Direct Channel Sales Executive

We are currently seeking a Direct Channel Sales Executive to join DHL eCommerce Malaysia!

The Direct Channel Sales Executive will be responsible to establish and manage a dedicated sales funnel for micro-SME’s and online senders, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention within this high-potential segment. The role aims to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Funnel Development

·       Design and implement an automated sales funnel targeting micro-SME customers, including customers acquisition, conversion and retention.

Revenue Growth

·       Achieve and exceed sales targets by executing online campaigns and optimizing customer conversion and retention.

Account Management

·       Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to attend to customers' enquiries and support the customers for their business needs.

Reporting and Performance Tracking

·       Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics to track progress and for decision making.

·       Identify opportunities to enhance the sales process and improve customer experiences, contributing to the long-term growth and sustainability for the segment.

Desired Skills / Qualifications

·       Experience in managing sales pipelines, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

·       Ability to gather and analyze market data, customer feedback, and sales metrics to refine strategies and improve performance.

·       Understanding of digital marketing strategies, including defining target audiences, setting campaign objectives, and creating effective messaging.

·       Knowledge of creating engaging content, such as blogs, videos, and email campaigns, to drive traffic and generate leads.

·       Ability to interpret data and apply insights to optimize campaigns and sales funnels for better conversion rates.

·       Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

·       Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a direct channel
