Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Channel Partner Manager to lead UKG’s EMEA Channel Sales Team. This role will lead a team that is focused on managing and nurturing relationships with our channel partners to drive sales and expand our market reach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel sales and partner management within the HCM/WFM technology space. Key Responsibilities of the team: • Channel Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners. Serve as the main point of contact, providing support and ensuring partner satisfaction and success in acquiring, implementing and supporting customers. • Partner Enablement: Work with partners and UKG sales and services enablement teams to ensure partners have the right training, resources, and support to help them sell UKG’s products and the partner’s services effectively. • Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales and revenue through channel partners. Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and achieve sales targets. • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the partner network and increase partner-driven revenue. Identify and onboard new channel partners that align to our channel strategy. • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide insights and feedback to the product development and marketing teams. • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on partner performance, sales results, and forecasts for senior management. Track and analyse key metrics to measure partner success and identify areas for improvement. • Customer Support: Work closely with the customer support team to address any issues that arise and ensure a seamless experience for partners and their customers. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in channel sales and partner management, preferably HCM/WFM technology space Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. Skills: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proven ability to lead a Channel Sales Team and consistently achieve/exceed sales targets. • Customer-focused with a strong commitment to partner satisfaction. • Results-driven with a track record of driving sales through channel partners.
