Job Summary:

Oversees strategy and business development activities including market research; annual strategic plans; joint ventures; and health development.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

Critical position for growth and achieving budget/strategic volumes for the St. Louis Region, with direct responsibility for adult academics. This role leads all strategic growth, drives expansion and growth of SLUCare physician group and develops strategies/business development efforts for regional academic growth across DePaul and St. Clare Hospitals and regionally SLUCare.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Evaluates business opportunities and builds effective relationships in a dynamic and matrixed environment. Interacts with regional, system, hospital and medical group leadership and must demonstrate a strong executive presence, presentation skills and history of collaboration and bringing together teamsIdentifies and fosters business development opportunities and develops strategies to advance the clinical program growth, outreach, and expansion initiatives.Collaborates and leads to develop strategic plans and evaluate all aspects of academic growth opportunities.Direct partnership with academic chairs, leadership, and faculty to expand access for patients, new program development and outreach to expand the academic footprint of SLUCare within SSM HealthReview, create and evaluate market research, financial analysis, and revenue expansion tactics

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience or education

EXPERIENCE

Seven years' experience, with two years' in leadership
