Position Summary:
Administers, plans, organizes, coordinates, directs and controls the Facility Operations functions of the organization and other Health System Properties. Ensures that services, repairs, improvements and management requirements are provided and documented for the Facility Operations department. Life Safety and Regulatory requirements pertaining to facility operations are maintained survey ready.

.· Associates Degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent education in facility management.
· Certified Healthcare Facility Management certification through the American Hospital Association or eligible and willing to obtain within one year of hire.
· Five years of associated engineering or facility management experience, three years of which must have been in a healthcare setting; and including a minimum of three years of acting as management/ supervisory/administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
· Communication - Express ideas effectively in individual and group situations (including non-verbal communication), adjusting language or terminology to the characteristics and needs of the audience.
· Motivation - Maintaining high levels of productivity through challenging the abilities of employees to achieve a higher level of responsiveness.
