As the Director of AI & Data Science at DHL Supply Chain, you will lead strategic initiatives that harness advanced AI and data science techniques—including predictive and prescriptive analytics, machine learning, generative AI, statistics, and operations research—to drive operational excellence and deliver measurable business value.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will be directly involved in designing, developing, and deploying innovative data science solutions, while also managing project execution to ensure timely, high-impact results. You will act as a senior advisor and primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and external partners, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with DHL’s strategic goals and comply with global and North American data privacy and security standards.
