What will you be doing?

In this role you will directly manage multiple beauty accounts and support your manager on additional accounts. Many of our beauty clients are global clients, so this role will coordinate with Circana colleagues around the global to meet our beauty client needs.

Advocate for your client and create/close new opportunities with them. This role will manage client renewals, sell in of additional solutions, and operate as a strategic business partner providing insights and recommendations to our beauty clients.

Job Responsibilities

Apply knowledge of the business, industry and domain to identify, create and close business opportunities. Generate revenue through base contract renewals and selling in solutions Collaborate with internal COE partners on sales pitches and delivery of solutions. Demonstrate ability to analyze and interpret data and translate it into meaningful solutions to drive growth for our clients. Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills as this role will require the presentation of insights to clients in person and virtually. Coordinate with global colleagues to make it easy for our clients to partner with Circana across the globe Consistently act with client satisfaction in mind and follow through on commitments to ensure the needs of the client are met. Provide training and support for clients for Unify+ and related solutions

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or higher 7 or more years of experience in the CPG industry or related, prefer Beauty experience Prefer intermediate experience with Unify Account management experience Insight and analytics experience using POS, panel, and other Circana solutions

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.  An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $125,000.

 

This job is also eligible for [bonus] pay.
