As a full-time dining staff associate, you support the daily food service operations for our residents. This role is responsible for preparing and serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a full-service dining room. The ideal candidate has a passion for cooking, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing a positive dining experience.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare and cook daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for residents in accordance with the weekly menu plan Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines Set up and break down food service areas, including prep stations, serving lines, and dining tables Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and ingredients as needed Accommodate dietary restrictions and special requests when necessary Collaborate with other kitchen and house staff to ensure smooth meal service Follow proper food storage procedures and ensure food is labeled and dated correctly Provide friendly and respectful service to all residents and guests

What You'll Need:

Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
