Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a seasonal Dining Room Supervisor to join our team at Skyland Lodge in Shenandoah National Park, Virginia. As a Dining Room Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of service is provided to our guests.

What will you do?Assist in maintaining planned bar and restaurant cost of salesHire, train, and manage an effective group of team members, with alignment to Delaware North programs and service standardsPartner with the kitchen team to ensure guests are served the highest quality mealsAssist with the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgets and business volume
