**Job Overview**
Ebenezer is looking for a Dining Room Coordinator to join our team! This role is responsible for supporting the Director of Nutrition by leading and directing Nutrition Services team members; along with planning, organizing, enforcing proper food handling, sanitation practices and promoting a safe working environment.
This nutrition services schedule includes;
80 hours every two weeks
Full time, Day/Evening/Night shifts
Includes every other weekend and holiday
Martin Luther Care Center, part of the Martin Luther Senior Living Campus is located in East Bloomington, near woodlands/wetlands and along the Minnesota River Bluffs. Managed by Ebenezer, we offer 137 units between our Skilled Nursing, Memory Care and Transitional Care. We have an outstanding team of tenured staff. The only thing missing is YOU! Serves meals and ensures tha the dining area is clean and inviting
Promotoes and encourages positive resident relations and satisfaction
Provide support and direction to Culinary Assistants
Hires and supervises dining staff
Supports Culinary Director to ensure quality culinary outcome
High school Diploma/GED preferred
3-5 years related expierence preferred
Working knowledge of basic Microsft applications
