\nNobu Del Coronado will offer over 3,700 square feet of stunning indoor and al fresco oceanfront dining space, including an outdoor covered patio dining with a pagoda bar and dedicated sushi bar. What will I be doing?
\n\nQuickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting. Promptly and consistently reset all service ware as prescribed.Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments.\nWipe down booths and chairs, move tables and chairs, and clean floors as necessary.\nServe guests with water, begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary. Assist server with food & beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction.\nTransport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.\nMake sure that all tables are set completely both before and after shift.\nMake sure all areas are clean and free of debris.\nPolish all glassware, plate ware and cutlery as necessary.\nHelp run food, be able to give an accurate and detailed description of every dish, both menu and non-menu items.\nAssist Food Servers in service of complimentary bottled water.\nMaintain tables throughout service, clearing dishes between courses and empty glassware as necessary.\nSupport the rest of the floor once your section is maintained.\nClearing and scraping all dishes in the side stations after clearing a table.\nStock all side stations with linen and proper glassware.\nService and explanation of bread to guests, after cocktails are served by the captain.\nMaintain professional demeanor throughout service, assisting servers and captains as necessary.\nChange tablecloth (if needed) and reset tables as quickly as possible after guests leave the restaurant.\nService of Coffee and Hot tea.\nMove tables throughout dining room in order to be able to set up and accommodate need of the reservations.\nCarry multiple dishes (up to 6 at one time) in one hand without tray service\nWhat are we looking for?
