Job Overview Towerlight on Wooddale is looking for a Memory Care Program Manager whom is accountable for implementing the Dimensions Program, encouraging participation and ownership from all assisted living/memory care staff. Manages and supervises the programmatic, physical and educational operations of Dimensions Community in meeting the resident's/family's needs and expectations. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary building team and provides education to staff/families to adequately equip them to interact effectively with residents experiencing dementia. This full-time schedule includes; 80 hours per two week pay period Day shift Manager on duty rotation TowerLight Senior Living is located in historic St. Louis Park, Minnesota. Only 10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, we are near public transportation and the crossroads of Highways 7 and 100. Responsibilities: Wellness: person-centered, relationship-based care with an emphasis on hydration and nutrition for all dementia patients to ensure their comfort and well being Training: delivering innovative, ongoing hands-on education to our staff Engagement: Fostering purposeful, pleasurable, creative interactions/activities Environment: Creating calm, seeking psychosocial solutions/support Education and Support: Providing education and support to families and care partners Provides leadership and supervision to staff, volunteers, and/or students. Establishes and supports an environment conducive to the provision of quality services and high-level customer satisfaction. Implement and maintain the Dimensions Program. Develop program and activities reflective of Dimensions Community/Unit resident interests. In conjunction with the Executive Director (ED) and DHS/DON, develops budget, routinely monitors financial activities, and maintains accurate financial records. Supports a marketing plan aimed at full occupancy. Performs other duties as assigned and directed. All clinic practice and delegated duties will be directly supervised by the Director of Health Services. Required Qualifications Associate of Arts less than 1 year Drivers License (in good standing) Must be insurable under the employer’s/communities Auto Insurance Coverage MN Only: Medical Examiner’s Certificate performed by a medical examiner listed on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners under subpart D of part 390 of this chapter indicating they are physically capable of driving a CMV.
