Job Purpose

Support matching event onsite (PCF/ECF/Cubing/short Loop/Slow Build)Support the issue investigation during matching event and launch phaseSupport parts collection for the matching eventSupport the issue management for the matching event

Main task:

PCF:

Familiar with body process and support the parts assembly during PCF eventGood at using the measurement equipment and responsible for the measurement of parts and assembleFamiliar with PCF event and can support the investigation of single parts and assy during launch phaseGood at issue management and CFT communication

ECF:

Familiar with closure process/HOP process and some exterior parts and support the closure adjustment to matching with different datum during ECF eventGood at using the measurement equipment and responsible for the measurement of parts and assembleFamiliar with ECF event and can support the investigate of q-loop closures during launch phaseGood at issue management and CFT communication

Cubing

Familiar with Trim parts assemble process and support the parts assemble in Cubing eventGood at using the measurement equipment and responsible for the measurement of partsFamiliar with Cubing event and can support the investigate of q-loop parts during launch phaseFamiliar with location strategy for some critical areaGood at issue management and CFT communication

Short Loop & Slow Build

Familiar with fixture structure and design roleSupport site buy off for the fixtureSupport the slow build on siteSupport the short loop activity

 

Qualifications

Education:

Minimum: College degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related engineering disciplineDesirable: BSc

Skills & Competencies:

Experience for matching event (PCF/ECF/Cubing/short Loop/Slow Build)Familiar with measurement equipment (Prob Arm/Laser Tracker)Familiar with CF calibration and adjustmentBasic knowledge for DMI, and can support dimension issue investigateGood at issue management and cross function team communication

Minimum Experience:

3-5 years within an established OEM involved with at least 2 models matching eventUnderstanding of matching process

Additional InformationGood at process variation analysisGood at dimension chainBasic knowledge about the dimension

Mandatory experience:

Please note we are looking for hands-on technician who should be able to operate Leica laser tracker, portable CMM (Faro/Romer arm), should have real life experience in measuring fixtures, parts, components., in OEM shop floor.
