In this position... 
Responsibilities  • Support the roll out of PD-DT related Organizational Change Management (OrgCM) Strategy. • Develop, maintain and support PD-DT Training Strategy.• Collaborate across the organization to ensure solution strategy & execution is meeting project goals. • Identify required capabilities & enablers the 'blockers' in support of a successful roll out. • Coordination of strategic organizational change management & communication tasks, working in conjunction with the PD-DT Project Leads. • Work with PD-DT Project Leads to prioritize dependent workstreams. • Support in setting & recording objectives & KPIs.
