How you will create impact:We are seeking a Digital Workplace Architect that will lead the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of our digital workplace/end user technology ecosystem. This role will assess digital workplace technologies and digital experience (DEX) score to define enterprise-wide standard and architect future-ready solutions that will bring a simple, reliable and frictionless experience to life for thousands of people every day, wherever and however they choose to work.
This position will report to the Global Head of Digital Workplace and will require a deep expertise in collaboration tools, end user technologies, and DEX.
Key Responsibilities:Design a scalable and secure digital workplace / end user compute architecture, encompassing devices, operating systems, collaboration and communication platforms, productivity suites, identity and access management, and endpoint management.Define and maintain architectural standards, technology roadmaps, and lifecycle management plans.Stay informed of emerging trends in digital workplace technologies including AI-driven productivity tools.Lead the DEX practice: Establish and grow the Digital Employee Experience Practice, championing initiatives that enhances productivity, collaboration, and engagement across digital tools and platforms.Evaluate and recommend new tools or capabilities that can enhance user productivity, employee experience, and satisfaction. Ensure digital workplace technologies comply with global regulatory requirements, internal standards, and cybersecurity policies.What you'll need to succeed:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.ITIL, PMP, Nexthink and end user technology-related certifications are desirable.15+ years of experience in IT technical leadership roles, with at least 5 years focusing on digital workplace / end-user technologies.Proven track record of providing technical leadership for global digital workplace transformation programs in a complex, multinational organization.Strong background in collaboration platforms, virtual desktop solutions, DEX scores, AI-powered workplace automation, and IT service management. Expertise in cybersecurity best practices related to digital workplace environments.Skills & Competencies:
Technology Expertise: Deep understanding of modern workplace / end user technology solutions, cloud platforms, collaboration and communication platforms and endpoints, and AI trends in workplace technologies Change Management: Strong capability to drive large-scale digital transformation Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate with business partners, IT and other functional teams globally.Vendor and Contract Management: Experience partnering with large IT service providers and SaaS vendors and driving outcomes .DEX and XLA’s: Experience interpreting digital employee experience (DEX) qualitative and quantitative data and using Experience Level Agreements (XLAs) to improve employee experience across digital workplace products and services. Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical mindset to measure and optimize digital workplace success.Innovation & Agility: Ability to drive innovation that transitions into operational excellence.Ready to take your career to the next level? The base salary range for this position in Jersey City, NJ, is $126,000 171,000. In addition, the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
