Job description
DWS Ecosystem team is a strategic practice unit established to help orchestrate the breadth of Infosys digital workplace service offerings across service-lines, along with experience design, digital adoption & learning services to deliver an integrated and human-centric experience to our enterprise clients in their journey to the future of work. This team would be responsible for driving integrated GTM, industry solutions & provide technology advisory services to Client execs in their digital transformation of workplace.
You would be a Digital Workplace solution specialist and evangelist who specializes in leading organizations through digital transformation by leveraging emerging technology, hybrid work paradigms and strong understanding of industry trends around new ways of working that is shaping the future of work to drive enhanced employee experience, productivity, and organizational efficiencies.
Required:
o Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
· Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
o 10-16 years of IT experience
·o Experience across the breadth of Digital Workplace Technology domain in two or more of the below service offering domains –
o Employee Experience Platforms & Services, Field Service Management leveraging Cloud Hyper-scaler platforms (Microsoft /Google / AWS ) or SaaS solutions from Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.
o Digital Collaboration (Team Collaboration, Cloud Voice & Meeting, Collaborative Apps)
o DaaS & Device lifecycle Management (Modern device and endpoint management, Cloud Virtual Desktops, Device Analytics & experience management)
o Connected Workspaces (IoT, AR/VR) to transform physical workspaces.
o Workplace Security
o Digital Adoption & Change Management (incl. Workplace Analytics)
o Service desk & experience, (incl. Conversational AI & Automation).
Preferred:
Exposure to program management and/or portfolio management skills using Agile principles (preferably SAFe®) as either Agile Practitioner, Product Manager or equivalent.
· Excellent customer interfacing skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA / WA / NY / NJ/ CO / MD / IL / MN : $114000 to $167000
In DC : $106000 to $147500
