Mission and responsibilities:
As a Wealth Management Expert, you will play a key role in the Wealth Digital Product team responsible for developing and maintaining Openbank´s investment platforms (Spain, Germany, the Netherlands and Portugal).
The main tasks of this position will be the following:
Enhancing the investment platforms:
Bringing new ideas for potential new developments.Defining those project that will go forward (based on the previous point ideas).Coordinating with all the areas involved (T&O, Legal and Compliance, Risks, etc.) in the developments.Leading those iniciatives.In the UAT process wealth management’s functions include the following:
Validating the consistency of the new functionalities developed vs. definition specifications.Giving the final “OK” to the release, after validating that all prior developments maintain the same level of quality and no new potential financial or legal risks are deployed.Testing and verifying that the identified production platform errors are corrected in the new release.In the resolution of platform errors wealth management’s functions include the following:
Assisting in the coordination between the following departments (T&O, Contact Center, Legal and Compliance, Claims, Risks and Accounting).Determining the priorities of the known platform errors in order to ensure that the financial, legal and reputational risks can be minimized in the most optimal way.Collaborating with contact center in the creation of client responses and scripts for outbound and inbound communications with clients.Designing new business demands based on functionalities that have generated a suboptimal client experience.Verifying if there are any potential reasons why the KPIs do not fall in line with the expected market scenarios.To be successful in the role you must have:
+7 years of experience in a similar role.University or Master’s degree in Finance or related field.English is a must! (German Spoken will be a plus)Knowledge of investment products.Knowledge of Excel & Power point tools.What do we offer?
