岗位职责/Job Responsibilities：

1.Strategy (≈50%) • Annual & 3-year GSC DT strategy and roadmap plan: Work with GSC business and function DTIT team set top-down and bottom-up targets. • GSC DT AI roadmap and projects deployment tracking. • Drive annual stamp preparation, projects prioritization and budget approval. • Business case development and business value tracking: drive business case for new projects and business value realization. • Board & exec reporting: Prepare concise narratives, dashboards, and Q&A briefs for executive reviews. 2.Operations (≈30%) • Cross-functional PMO: Run the GSC DT level workshop and reviews. • Promotion/newsletter: Promote GSC DT team and best practice. Prepare newsletter for promotion. • Working model: Define the working model with DO, IT and others. 3.Executive support (≈20%) • Support executive on daily work.
岗位要求/Job Requirements： 1.3-5 years in strategy consulting, or high-growth tech StratOps / BizOps roles. 2.Deep understanding of supply chain. 3.Proven track record of owning end-to-end projects from problem definition to measurable business impact 4.Extensive business experience to better understand and communicate process changes 5.Ability to drive decisions across global teams 6.Fluent in Chinese and English
