Description and Requirements Digital Transformation Process Design Sr Specialist supporting the global Marketing and Sales teams. Responsible for designing and delivering a unified digital experience that empowers our sales teams with the insights and tools they need to be effective. A core focus of this role is leading the design and continuous improvement of a single-pane-of-glass platform that leverages AI to consolidate daily sales activities, actionable insights, and key performance data into one intuitive interface delivering efficiency and effectiveness for Lenovo sellersYou will be responsible as part of a team to identify strategic opportunities leveraging data analytics and AI to design and deliver leading edge digital transformative technology solutions to the Global Marketing and Sales communityYou collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, business users, project managers, IT professionals and digital transformation teams to develop and deliver impactful leading-edge business technology solutionsYou will be required to own, drive and participate in various aspects of project management to ensure successful project execution and delivery in order to derive identified business value returnsYou will be involved in various aspects of project portfolio management activities, assisting to form, manage, track and report on digital roadmap plans and achievementsBasic Qualifications:Bachelors or Masters degree in either: Computer Science, Technologies, Data, Business Analytics or similar3+ year experience in digital transformation or IT with proven capability for design planning and executionPreferred Qualifications:Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and problem solveDemonstrated ability for complex and abstract thinking along with leadership and a drive for successProfessional fluency in English.
