Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Develop and lead the firm’s digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives and operational goals.Collaborate with leadership to define digital KPIs and identify transformation opportunities across all functions (engineering, soft services, leasing, customer service, etc.).Benchmark industry best practices and evaluate emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, and data analytics relevant to property and facilities management.Project Management
Oversee end-to-end digital projects, including implementation of Operational apps, digital dashboards, automation tools, and smart building systems.Ensure successful integration of PropTech solutions across multiple properties, ensuring interoperability and data security.Manage vendors, consultants, and internal cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions on time and within budget.Operations & Change Management
Drive adoption of digital platforms by training and engaging on-site operations teams and property managers.Redesign business processes using digital tools to improve service delivery, reporting accuracy, and real-time decision-making.Support energy management and sustainability programs through smart technologies and data-driven insights.Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
Enhance tenant/occupant experience through digital engagement platforms, personalized services, and streamlined communication.Work closely with clients to demonstrate digital initiatives’ value, provide updates, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in digital transformation, innovation, or IT project management, preferably within the real estate or property management sector.Strong knowledge of PropTech tools, IoT, CAFM/CMMS systems, digital twin technology, and automation in facilities.Experience in leading change management and user adoption initiatives.Key Skills & Competencies:
Strategic thinking with strong business acumen.Project management and cross-functional leadership.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Data-driven mindset with understanding of analytics platforms.Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.Location:
