We are looking for a talented and experienced Digital Transformation Lead to join our Cardinal Health Japan IT team. If you are passionate about technology, thrive in a collaborative environment and dedicated to making a positive impact on healthcare, we want to hear from you! **_What “_** **Digital Transformation Lead** **_” contributes to Cardinal Health_** We’re looking for a motivated and tech-savvy **Digital Transformation Lead** to support and drive digital initiatives across our business functions—Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, and HR. You’ll work closely with business leaders to explore new technologies, improve processes, and help teams adopt tools like Salesforce CRM, AI/GenAI, automation platforms, and data dashboards. As part of our Commercial IT team in Tokyo, you’ll collaborate with local and global stakeholders to identify opportunities, support transformation projects, and contribute to building a Digital Center of Excellence (CoE). **_Key Responsibilities_** + Support and lead digital transformation (DX) projects aligned with business needs. + Help teams adopt tools like AI/GenAI, automation, Salesforce, ERP, data & analytics platforms. + Identify areas for process improvement and digital innovation. + Assist in building a Digital CoE to share best practices and foster collaboration. + Track project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs). + Work with IT teams, business users, and vendors to deliver solutions. + Support change management, training, and communication efforts. + Stay informed on new technologies and trends in healthcare and IT. + Key stakeholders are Sales, Sales Management, BI&A, Digital Sales/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Finance, HR, Procurement/Local and Global Vendors/Global Cardinal Health Teams (Infosec, Infrastructure, AI CoE). **Required:** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. + 3–5 years of experience in IT, digital projects, or business transformation. + Strong communication skills in Japanese and English. + Experience working with digital tools like Salesforce, AI, automation, or analytics. + Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams. + Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a digital leadership role. **Preferred:** + Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Change Management. + Experience with ERP or supply chain systems. + Understanding compliance in digital environments. + Exposure to building or supporting a Digital CoE. _Candidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply._ _Cardinal Health supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience and background.
