As a System Engineer, you will strategize, manage stakeholders, and oversee projects that redefine how we deliver IT support globally.
Join our global team at Global Application Experience and play a pivotal role in advancing digital transformation initiatives for our Service Desk Call Center operations.
**Tasks & Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with our Managed Service Provider to support the progress of projects.
+ Plan, steer, and guide the introduction and optimization of modern and digital solutions for the Service Desk Call Center operations.
+ Ensure seamless communication and coordination with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
+ Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making necessary adjustments to improve service delivery (under supervision).
+ Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in digitalization and IT support to identify opportunities for improvement.
+ Develop and execute strategies to enhance the Service Desk's performance and efficiency.
+ Manage and coordinate projects related to digitalization initiatives (e.g migration to a new Call Center solution, transitioning to a new Chatbot solution, implementing automation and optimization solutions etc)
**Requirements**
+ Master’s degree, alternatively bachelor’s degree with first years of working experience in IT.
+ Good project management skills (incl. agile project methodologies).
+ Experience in IT service management processes (with focus on Incident- and Problem management).
+ Proven experience with digitalization initiatives, such as Call Center solutions, systems, ITSM Tools, and automation tools.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with individuals at all levels of the organization.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
+ Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
+ Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
