**Picture Yourself at Pega:**
As a key member of our client success team, you'll be at the forefront of driving digital transformation for some of the world's largest organizations. You'll combine deep technical expertise with strategic business acumen to design and execute comprehensive solutions across workflow automation, customer service, and legacy transformation initiatives. Your role will span client engagement, business development, innovation, and team leadership - making you a true catalyst for both client success and organizational growth.
**What You'll Do at Pega:**
+ Client Success (40% of role):
+ Engage and Inspire - Demonstrate the skills, gravitas and confidence to convince C-level executives and Executive sponsors to engage in process and technology transformation engagements with our tea
+ Lead Client Engagements - Define and execute process and technology transformation sales offerings for large, global organizations across workflow automation, customer service and legacy transformation
+ Project/Team Management – Lead the client, and various Pega stakeholders, through an immersive and focused engagement.
+ Think Big – Despite running tightly scoped engagements, be able to think about and advise clients on larger transformation efforts to make sure they achieve both short-term and long-term outcomes.
+ Be a Pega technologist - Leverage deep understanding of Pega's technology to design and lead innovation workshops with clients
+ Business Development (20% of role):
+ Build relationships - Create and nurture meaningful relationships with clients and partner teams that lead to new sales opportunities, client engagements, and increased services revenue
+ Drive pipeline - Develop strategies that generate new sales pipeline and expand Pega's footprint within existing and new clients, directly contributing to revenue growth and market presence
+ Innovation (20% of role):
+ Identify new and compelling ways to enhance Pega's go-to-market motions with GenAI and Agentic AI.
+ Coaching and Mentoring (20% of role):
+ Develop talent and create an environment that encourages continuous learning and development, inspiring team members to reach their full potential
**Who You Are:**
+ Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, business transformation or solution development role for a large corporation or consultant
+ Leadership and team development experience, project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
+ Deep expertise in one or more of our target industries (Financial Services, Insurance, Communications, Healthcare, Government, etc.)
+ Ability to become a Certified Business Architect within 3 months of joining Pega
+ Experience working at a major System Integrator or Management Consultancy shaping, selling and governing large scale business transformation programs
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a proven track record of driving successful technology transformations
**What You've Accomplished:**
+ Demonstrated success in engaging with C-level executives and driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
+ Proven track record of building and nurturing client relationships that result in expanded business opportunities
+ Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for enterprise technology solutions
+ History of mentoring and developing high-performing teams
+ **Additional Preferred:** Experience solving complex client business problems with AI-driven workflow and business process management applications
