About Us 

 

As our Digital Transformation Business Process Design Analyst – PLM, you will join our growing Portfolio & Collaborative Development team that handles Digital Transformation for Product Development and Lifecycle management. This is a hybrid position that will join us onsite 3 days per week at our Morrisville, NC location.  

 

Key Responsibilities 

Analyze business requirements for PLM field and design solutions, communicating complex technical situations to business stakeholders  Identify and de-bottleneck issues, highlight opportunities for optimization and communicate these in the PLM project roadmap  Lead PLM project execution, overseeing timelines, stakeholder communication, and deliverables quality ensuring that deliverables are of high quality  Serve as a change management plan participant to ensure smooth transfer of business processes with PLM systems  Drive collaboration with business units and IT to drive PLM Digital Transformation  Participate in the selection, implementation, and configuration of PLM systems Support ongoing digital product lifecycle management best practices  

Basic Qualifications 

3 years of Experience with Digital Transformation for PLM systems Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields 

Preferred Qualifications 

4 years of Experience supporting Product Lifecycle Management with Windchill  8 years of Experience managing Digital Transformation for PLM and related products  Experience delivering reports with BI tools: Power BI  Proficient in delivering presentations: Word, Excel, PowerPoint  Hands-on approach to problem solving with excellent problem analysis and resolution skills Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery Exceptional communication and leadership skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to work independently and on a team   Cultural Competency working across Chinese, American, Desi, European, and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with clarity and tact Experience with AI products or scenario implementation a plus  PMP Certification is a plus  

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $107-130k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. This position is hybrid 3days/wk at our Morrisville, NC location.
