What You Are Accountable For
Developing and implementing the digital trading strategy to drive online sales growth. Analysing sales data and customer behaviour to optimise product listings and promotions. Collaborating with marketing, merchandising, and IT teams to enhance the online customer journey. Managing the digital trading calendar and ensuring timely execution of campaigns. Monitoring competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Leading a team of digital trading specialists and providing guidance and support. Reporting on key performance indicators and providing insights to senior management. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
What You Need to Know & Show
Proven experience in a digital trading or e-commerce role. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and web analytics tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team. A proactive and results-driven mindset. A passion for e-commerce and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
