Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for Architect - software professional to join our Industrial Automation Digi-tal Organization. The role requires to be experience and responsible for making sure that any Enterprise scale Solution and business strategy uses proper technology systems archi-tecture to achieve its goals. Data warehouse Architect will be responsible for cataloging, developing, coordinating, communicating, maintaining, and enforcing overall architecture models, representations, initiatives, capabilities, and components to adequately perform the business and technology activities.Position will primarily focus on engineering modern and agile Cloud / On-premise based ABB Product based SolutionsThe work model for the role is : #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to Process Automation business for Process Automation Digital division based in Bangalore Southfield, India.Key Skills: ETL, Phyton, IT/OT Source system integration, Data Modelling, Facts & Di-mensions, Cubes Concepts, Dashbaords, Reports, Power BI, Grafana, MS SQL Server, Azure & On-Prem Docker based Deployment.Optional: Full Stack, Angular, .Net Core, AL/ML Models, HTML5, etc.Data Warehouse Architect•\tAnalyze the data needs of the Expected solution and uses skills in coding to maintain expertise and advanced skills in statistics, mathematics, analytics and AL/ML to analyze information and draw conclusions based on their findings.•\tResearch and properly evaluate sources of information to determine possible limita-tions in reliability or usability•\tApply sampling techniques to effectively determine and define ideal categories to be questioned. Compare and analyze provided statistical information to identify patterns, relationships and problems•\tEvaluating internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes and suggesting improvements. Creating business architecture models to reflect the organi-zation's strategies and goals and creating and implementing business visions and goals.•\tEvaluating systems engineering, talent skills, and solution models for discrepancies and vulnerabilities. Suggesting ideas to reduce costs in IT and business leadership.•\tOrganizing training to improve employees' knowledge and skills for future organiza-tional growth. Conducting research in talent management to improve the organiza-tion's business operations.•\tProviding business architecture and systems processing guidance. Ensuring the effi-ciency, security, and support of the organization's goals.•\tCreating methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata man-agement, and change control. Determining and implementing build versus buy strate-gies, mentor personnel, and views of the overall business strategy

Qualifications for the role

\tShould have 12-15 Years of experience in developing solutions and successfully taking on complex technical problems and higher responsibilities. \tShould demonstrate innovation in processes followed and/or solutions delivered and encouraged it within the team.\tSuccessfully deliver solutions and in complex customer system landscapes\tAdhere to processes, defined software development methodologies and best practices within the team. Deliver in predictable timelines and with predictable quality Develop-ment.\tKnowledge of Microsoft Azure, and familiarity with other cloud platforms and con-cepts. Extensive experience on establishing a suitable DevOps channel across the plat-forms\tExperience on setting up a continuous build environment to speed up software devel-opment and deployment process. Experience in system architecture may be advanta-geous. Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills.\tGood leadership and motivational skills.
