Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Responsibilities for managing a team of project managers responsible for digital projects from initiation to delivery - gathering of business needs, writing the Business Requirements Document (BRD), collaborating with IT on the design and development phase, planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and driving IT Deployment, Go-Live, and Hypercare phasesStrong project management skills, including capabilities to develop detailed project plans, managing project scope and changes, coordinating project staff and internal resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectationsManage and resolve issues and conflicts, within the team or with other teams from Global Operations & IT, in order to support the COE goals and expected deliverablesBe a key team player in strategic discussions & reviews and yearly strategic planning processDevelop & Coach the COE team to ensure they demonstrate strong project management capabilities & skillsManage the digital system COE budget - including yearly plan, forecasting & ensuring actual spend is aligned accordinglyBe responsible for the Digital project management methodology and continuously improve and introduce best practices to increase effectiveness and efficiencyPart of the role scope may include assessment and pilots on new tools & capabilities being used in similar industries and technology companies

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years or Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 yearsProven experience in project management in operations, preferable in digital systems projects. PMP Certification required.Proven experience in management of a global team, team development and coaching, and managing challenges and issues.Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
The ability to work effectively and influence process partners, peers & key stakeholders, manage scope, and drive continuous improvement.Good presentation skills and experience presenting to executive teams. Familiarity with the latest digital technologies and trendsAbility to manage priorities where multiple issues must be handled simultaneously across internal & global departments and locationsFlexibility on working on different working hours due to managing a global team and having multiple meetings and communication with teams around the globeMedium level of Global Travel expected (up to 30%)
