You will provide strategic and tactical leadership and direction to Final Control's Digital Customer Experience team members in harnessing customer insights to inform, develop, and execute strategies that will enhance customer engagement, personalize customer interactions, drive customer actions, measure digital performance, and provide actionable business insights across digital platforms. If this sounds like a perfect fit for you, apply now and join our team in Mandaluyong City, Philippines! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Set clear objectives and KPIs effectively to meet organizational goals. + Identify development priorities and drive upskilling initiatives by conducting learning sessions and workshops across Final Control DCX teams. + Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of customer data to uncover insights that inform personalized marketing strategies (e.g., Digital channel performance, SEO). + Conceptualize, develop, and implement predictive models and algorithms to enhance customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization efforts. + Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable business insights that guide strategic decisions. + Direct the design and implementation of web features that improve user experience based on data insights. + Ensure that all digital touchpoints are optimized for engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction. + Implement and refine tracking mechanisms to capture real-time data feedback loops for continuous improvement. **Who You Are:** You are inquisitive and have a good, positive attitude. You're interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. + 3-5 years of experience in driving Digital Customer Experience initiatives. + Proven track record in using data analytics to drive customer engagement, measure digital performance, and deliver business insights. + Proficient in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other similar digital analytics tools. + Strong leadership and team-building capabilities. + Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. + Working and applied knowledge in database methods, modeling, and tools (Relational databases, SQL, R, Python). **Our Culture & Commitment to You** At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
