Job Description:At Regions, the Digital Strategic Insights and Optimization Function Manager contributes to the development of Digital strategy by creating business insights through data analysis and research. This position directly informs strategy related to Digital products and services, including enhancing customer experience.
Primary Responsibilities
Contributes to strategic development and planning for Digital using business insightsEnsures the accurate measurement of Digital performance metrics and alignment with the overall Technology, Operations, Digital, and Data (TODD) groupManages relationships with third-party Digital Benchmarking service providersServes as a shared services resource for stakeholders across the organization to drive product performance metrics, revenue and expense opportunities, business case analyses, as well as ensure alignment with overall Digital strategyUses data to identify patterns, formulate insights, and communicate findings to business leadersAssists with setting and tracking performance on Digital Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)Creates complex, informational presentations for various audiences including executives, senior and mid-level managers, and shareholdersProactively monitors trends in the industry and seeks opportunities for continuous improvementParticipates in applicable working groupsPartners with Data & Analytics in the development and maintenance of relevant analytics dashboardsThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field and Seven (7) years of experience in Digital or closely related experience within the financial services industryOr High School Diploma or GED with eleven (11) years of experience in Digital or closely related experience within the financial services industryBroad understanding of how digital plays an impact on the financial services industryPreferences
Prior experience applying statistical skills such as distributions, statistical testing, and regression analysisPrior experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau and QlikViewPrior experience using relational databases such as SQL and OracleSkills and Competencies

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role.
