They will be responsible for all processes to maintain tools, and annual contract reviews for each vendor. Reporting to Sr. Manager Digital Specification Enablement this role works closely with product data, product management and sales, and externally with customers and vendors. **Job Functions** + Ownership of usage and adoption KPIs for third-party platforms, recommendations for annual contract/ vendor changes reflecting ROI and emerging trends/ technology, identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities + Applies product positioning strategy relative to third-party specification platforms, adapted from portfolio specification strategy, in collaboration with product management and Digital Specification Team + Champion inclusion of third-party tools within: Digital Specification Experience by partnering with Digital Specification Experience Manager; communications; marketing opportunities - to drive awareness, adoption and usage of third-party platforms + Oversees vendors to right-size for strategic products, ensure ideal strategic positioning, and drive timely and accurate SOW completion through the vendors work and direct contribution (delivering content, feedback, auditing work, etc). + Oversee COE personnel to maintain processes and standards to maintain product data on third-party platforms, ensuring product catalog and attribution are syndicated + Manage promotion campaigns and customer inquiries on third-party platforms + Guide the sales team in usage of platforms; provided training, and reporting to further usage and adoption of the tool; coordinate with sales to gather VOC alongside VOS to drive platform strategy + Drive integration of platform data (leads) to internal systems (Hubspot; DCRM), and usage with the business development management (BDM) team; coaching the BDM team and adjusting with their feedback + Analyze data from third-party platforms for specification, Dodge, Construct Connect, DCRM, etc. to identify trends, recommend platform and process improvements, and coordinate efforts with the field specification team. + Research, evaluate, recommend and implement emerging specification best practices and tools. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree required + 5+ years of relevant work experience within engineering, sales or product management in the manufacturing or matrix environment required + Experience with digital specification platforms required: BIMObject, BSD, SpecLink, Dodge Sweets, BlueBeam, Stratus, MasterSpec/Delteck SpecPoint, Trimble + Prior experience or knowledge of commercial plumbing products, or building materials preferred + Strong project management experience, delivering complex sets of information to a scheduled deadline, with high attention to detail. + Highly organized, mature problem-solving skills with sharp business acumen and ability to assimilate data and recommend next steps for continuous improvement. + Strong attention to detail, and a passion for ensuring accurate and complete product data. + Proactive, energetic and goal driven with a desire to grow career through innovation. + Strong Microsoft Excel skills (filters, pivot, text to column, formulas, etc.). + Understanding of the trends, needs, innovations, and pace of Digital Specification. + Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills. + Ability to influence and foster cross-functional teams without formal authority, at all levels. + Highly motivated with strong initiative and a hands-on approach to accomplishing goals **_Total Rewards and Benefits_** + Competitive Salary + Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, AD&D, and Life Insurance + Matching 401(k) Contribution + Health Savings Account + Up to 3 weeks starting Vacation (may increase with tenure) + 12 Paid Holidays + Annual Bonus Eligibility + Educational Reimbursement + Matching Gift Program + Employee Stock Purchase Plan – purchase company stock at a discount! **THIRD PARTY AGENCY: Any unsolicited submissions received from recruitment agencies will be considered property of Zurn Elkay, and we will not be liable for any fees or obligations related to those submissions.** Equal Opportunity Employer – Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran **Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation** **_What happens when two remarkable sustainability leaders come together as one?_** _A sustainability powerhouse is born, making a splash in the markets they serve and saving the planet one innovative installation at a time._ In early 2022, Zurn Water Solutions Corporation, a market leader in smart, sustainable water solutions, and Elkay Manufacturing, a commercial drinking water solutions leader, agreed to combine their two exceptional firms to become a single water solutions powerhouse.
