Dentsply Sirona is looking for a: **Digital Specialist – Rome** We are looking for a Digital Specialist based in Rome who will be responsible for promoting and selling products from the Suresmile and Digital Impression lines, while also supporting the direct sales force in promoting Digital Impression solutions. The role will also involve providing dentists with consulting on the correct use of promoted products, demonstrating their clinical potential, and increasing business volume. The assigned territory is the Lazio and Abruzzo. **Responsibilities** + Promote and sell products from the Suresmile and Digital Impression lines + Plan and execute sales strategies while identifying new customers + Implement services to support the use of relevant products + Support the direct sales force in promoting Digital Impression products + Provide in-person and online training for both internal staff and clients + Deliver practical consultancy (including on-site), support customers in managing the platform and in sales and post-sales activities + Design, plan, and execute customer growth journeys covering clinical, organizational, communication, and product promotion development + Ensure an excellent customer experience and lead the growth curve through all implementation stages + Monitor data, results, and perform regular follow-ups **Requirements** + Degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field + 5 years of experience in structured companies promoting high-tech products; experience in the dental field, digital orthodontics, or fixed orthodontics is a plus + Excellent command of the English language + Strong computer skills and proficiency with major software programs + Willingness to travel + Sales-oriented mindset with strong customer focus + Ability to work independently and achieve targets + Planning and organizational skills with a continuous improvement mindset + Preferably residing in Rome **What We Offer** By joining our team, you'll have the opportunity to work for a global and innovative brand in the dental industry.
