Job DescriptionPlanning, coordination and execution of the ERP system TopM by Vergölst rolloutSupport of daily operations through first-level supportDesign and implementation of appropriate training measuresFurther development of TopM by Vergölst based on the requirements of franchise partners and the Vergölst strategyDesign and implement digital offer strategy in eligment with IT and further interfaces and stakeholders Further development of internal interfaces (TradePortal, FleetPartner, B2C online shop)Further development of the purchasing platform (TradePortal)Planning, coordination, and implementation of a Vergölst franchise customer portalAnalysis of market-relevant innovations and developments in the ERP and AI sectorsSupport for franchise ERP and AI projects

QualificationsEducation in the field of Business Administration/Information Systems (Bachelor/Master or Diploma)Several years of professional experience in the commercial sector, preferably in the tire tradeKnowledge of ERP systems is desirableExperience in process management and project managementFluent German and English skills, both written and spokenDidactic skills for imparting specialized knowledgeHigh level of commitment and excellent self-organizationWillingness to travel (up to 20 percent)
