We have an opportunity for a Digital Solutions Engineer to join us at Honeywell, in Paris.
**Purpose of employment** :
+ Contribute to the design, engineering, configuration, implementation, commissioning, support/maintenance and upgrades of OT Systems, Connected Services and Enterprise Software Applications (Building Management Systems, CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems, Energy management systems, Cloud Analytics applications) in the service LOB.
+ Be the Region’s focal point and subject matter expert (SME) for OT Systems, Enterprise Application and Connected Services.
+ Take the ownership of sites issues and work in collaboration with TAC to ensure any issues with OT, Enterprise Applications or Connected Services are identified and rectified promptly
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with Account Managers/Sales Team to ensure alignment on all customer sites and identify and proactively drive OT and Enterprise Application opportunities across the Region.
+ Build productive customer relationships, developing sponsors, and continually seek and capitalize upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. Ensure company become the “trusted advisor” for delivery of OT/Enterprise Applications.
+ Develop integrations and bespoke customizations for 3rd party products as required to meet solution design specifications.
**Working relationships:**
For your day-by-day activities you will have to relation with other internal team members and external people to deliver the ongoing projects. You will need to be aligned with Operation Managers, Field Service Professionals, … with customer activities for a success project delivery.

**Description of main activities :**
+ Delivering new or migrate existing OT Systems, like BMS, CCTV systems.
+ Design, engineering, configuration, and implementation of advanced OT Systems.
+ Review all ICT server/storage/network designs with ICT Engineers to validate designs and quotes from Server’s providers.
+ Connect BMS systems with the cloud for Connected Services and Analytics engines.
+ Connect BMS systems with the cloud following ICT and Cybersecurity principles.
+ Sales Assistance/Design, involving innovative use of latest technology in establishing system design, and providing project estimates.
+ Develop integrations and bespoke customizations for 3rd party products as required to meet solution design specifications.
+ Provide technical direction, training, and support to local field service specialists for operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of all OT, Enterprise Applications and Connected Services
+ Contribute to Technical Risk Reviews (TRR) for all service project works in your respective Region that involve OT/Enterprise Applications/Connected Services
**Responsibilities and scope of action :**
+ Follow existing policies and procedures with a high-quality end activity.
+ Keep project costs without deviations. Report to Operations Manager for any possible deviation during project delivery.
+ Before project delivery, review and detect wrong designs to find an alternative solution for success project delivery within project costs.
+ Deliver OT Systems following the company standards and having the possibility of blocking project delivery if the standards are not followed.
**Specific professional knowledge :**
+ 5+ years in in the design, implementation and maintenance of OT Systems, Enterprise Applications and Connected Services
+ Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering.
+ Strong understanding of OT Systems, Enterprise Applications and Connected Services (Building Management Systems, CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems, Energy management systems, Cloud Analytics applications.)
+ Strong understanding of industry standard communications protocols (BACnet, Modbus, Lonworks, OPC, SNMP, API)
+ Knowledge of ICT/Cybersecurity fundamentals
+ Advanced computer skills
+ Fundamental knowledge of field applications (HVAC, Security, CCTV, Fire)
+ Demonstrated experience in organizing and directing work activities according to priorities, and to meet deadlines involving multiple systems projects and vendors.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative and creative solutions in a complex multiple systems environments.
+ Good Knowledge of English, in spoken and written.
+ The ability to work under pressure, commitment to customer satisfaction
