This is a multifunctional technical role that combines software installation, project management, remote support, and pre-sales consultancy, working with cutting-edge on-premises and cloud-based software products.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Digital Solutions Engineer, you will:Technical Support & Customer ServiceDeliver remote and telephone support to customers and internal teamsDiagnose software application issues and network connectivity problemsPerform software upgrades and maintain detailed CRM recordsProvide expert application support for ZEISS digital solutionsPre-Sales & Commercial SupportPartner with the Sales Team to provide technical input during customer meetings and tender processesReview quotations for technical accuracyAttend customer meetings to support the sales cycleProject Management & Software DeploymentManage and coordinate the installation and upgrade of softwareLiaise with customers and IT departments to provide technical specifications and project documentationInstall ZEISS software remotelyInternal Support & CollaborationProvide IT and software support to ZEISS Field Service Engineers, Sales Teams, and Clinical TrainersMaintain internal documentation including training materials, project trackers, and CRM recordsCollaborate with third-party suppliers when required
