Job Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities Lead the development teams by providing technical insights, guidance, architectural blueprints during analysis, discovery, client presentations, proposal development, pre-sales activities and actual development and deployment cycles  Build wireframe mockups to illustrate digital solutions to customersDesign, develop, implement and release high quality digital solutions using Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines Create designs, system specifications, technical specifications, detailed design, use cases, user manuals and technical training documentation with architecture principles, standards and best practices Respond to RFP documents, put together solution requirements, system customization and configuration and drive the digital solution roadmap Drive testing (functional and non-functional) requirements, validation and verification of system components to ensure functional accuracy and reliability Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation, cost reduction and performance improvement within automation tools Provide continuous input to cost and scope estimates for sizable deployments Communicate implications of architectural decisions, issues and plans to senior leadership 

Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or related field 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, design and delivery of end-to-end large and complex digital projectsMust have hands on experience in software development and deployment of building applications and integrationsMust have hand on experience in Scrum/Agile execution, CI/CD, DevOps and DevSecOpsMust have experience in IoT, Cloud(Azure preferred), Azure DevOps, Data Management, Analytics, Power BI, Python, AngularExposure to Data Lake, SAP, CRM, Microsoft Power Apps is desirable 

 

Having Oil & Gas or Energy domain background will be an added advantageEngineering systems and process automation knowledge is a plus Strong problem solving and decision-making skills Must have excellent leadership, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
