Digital Site Optimization Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a data-driven, strategic, and collaborative Digital Site Optimization Manager to lead efforts in optimizing our digital customer experience and driving performance through continuous improvement. This role is responsible for translating data insights into actionable strategies, partnering with cross-functional teams to design experiments that drive optimization, and implementing scalable solutions based on results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leverage Data & Insights:

Analyze site analytics, customer behavior, and user journey data to uncover optimization opportunities.Identify trends, pain points, and potential growth areas in engagement using both qualitative and quantitative inputs.Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.Utilize insights from external partners to frame potential strategies and tactics.Understand competitive and industry landscape to stay ahead of viable opportunities.

2. Partner with Stakeholders:

Leverage cross functional collaboration to define and evaluate hypotheses gathered from insight analysis.Facilitate brainstorming sessions and alignment meetings to create and prioritize optimization roadmaps.Ensure shared understanding of goals, expected outcomes, and success metrics.Lead initiatives through implementation and continuous refinement.

3. Evaluate, Implement, and Scale:

Lead experimentation and personalization efforts using cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI, Optimizely, Bloomreach Engagement, or similar platforms to drive meaningful user experiences.Craft and execute data-driven content strategies that maximize SEO visibility and optimize performance for search engines and AI models.Continuously optimize merchandising strategies to improve the digital and in-store customer journey, increasing engagement and conversion.Own and evolve the digital toolkit—ensuring seamless integration and adoption of tools that empower both eCommerce and in-store experiences.Analyze experiment data rigorously, validating outcomes through statistical significance and translating insights into clear business value.Drive the transition of winning tests into scalable, permanent digital enhancements.Standardize and scale success, establishing repeatable processes that amplify high-performing initiatives across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, UX, Digital Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).5+ years of experience in digital optimization, eCommerce strategy, UX, product analytics, or a related role.Proficiency with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and experimentation tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize).Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, personalization tactics, and optimization frameworks.Demonstrated ability to analyze customer behavior, extract insights, and translate findings into strategic business recommendations.Experience working with SEO content strategies and understanding of how search engines and LLMs evaluate content.Hands-on experience using or managing digital tools and martech platforms like Bloomreach, Contentful, or similar.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to align cross-functional teams and influence decisions.Company: Behr Paint CompanyFull time

Hiring Range: $89,400.00 - $140,470.00

Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
