In your hands.** **Role Overview:** We are seeking an experienced **Senior Project Manager** to lead and manage a team of project managers within our digital organization. This role is critical in driving project delivery, implementing project management methodologies, and leading M&A projects to support our digital transformation initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** **Team Management:** + Lead and manage a group of project managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations. + Recruit and onboard new project managers to build a strong project management team. + Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. **Project Delivery** + Accountable for the successful delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. + Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. + Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets effectively. **Project Management Methodology:** + Deploy and standardize project management methodologies across the organization. + Develop and implement best practices, tools, and templates for project management. + Ensure adherence to project management standards and processes. **Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A):** + Lead M&A projects, including due diligence, integration planning, and execution. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of acquired entities. + Manage risks and challenges associated with M&A activities. **Stakeholder Engagement:** + Engage with key stakeholders, including senior executives, to communicate project progress, risks, and issues. + Facilitate decision-making processes and ensure stakeholder alignment. + Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. **Performance Monitoring and Portfolio Support:** + Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. + Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and other stakeholders. + Ensure transparency and accountability in project delivery. **Qualifications:** + Minimum of 10/15 years of experience in project management, with at least 7 years in leading Projects/Programs within the FMCG/FMCH sector. + Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is preferred. **Skills:** + Demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects within a digital environment. + Proven ability to handle project complexity and cross-functional teams. + Solution-driven and strong result-oriented approach. + Strong budget consciousness and financial management skills. + Experience in leading mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects is highly preferred. + In-depth knowledge of current digital technologies and industry trends. + Exceptional skills in people management and talent acquisition. + Proven ability to establish and nurture robust stakeholder relationships. + Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities. **Attributes:** + Results-oriented mindset. + Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. + Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic environment. + Superior communication and teamwork skills **Preferred Experience:** + Previous experience in leading M&A projects is a significant advantage + Previous experience in digital carveout is recommended + Knowledge of the unique challenges and opportunities within the FMCG/FMCH industry. **Pursue** **_progress_** **, discover** **_extraordinary_** Better is out there.
