About the job
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior PMO Manager to support the delivery of a digital carve-out project within our FMCH organization. This role is critical in ensuring the successful separation and digital transformation of our business unit over a three-year period.
Overall Scope: Facilitate efficient day-to-day operations within the program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and seamless integration of digital tools and technologies. Provide standardized tools, templates, and processes to ensure consistency across workstreams. Monitor interdependencies and risks, develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies, and support decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Governance: Implement and maintain governance frameworks to ensure compliance with standards.
Operational Planning: Manage operational plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and timelines.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Support decision-making.
Risk Management: Identify and address risks. Develop and implement contingency plans.
Performance Monitoring: Track performance to ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery.
Digital Tools Implementation: Facilitate the adoption and integration of digital tools and technologies.
Reporting & Status Consolidation: Prepare and present regular status reports to management and stakeholders. Consolidate workstream status updates for a clear overview of progress.
Digital partners Collaboration & KPI Tracking: Collaborate with external vendors for seamless integration and track program KPIs, driving corrective actions as needed.
Interdependency Management: Monitor interdependencies and risks across workstreams to ensure smooth coordination and execution.
Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for integrated plan-related questions, ensuring stakeholders have clear and consistent information.
About you
Minimum of 10/15 years of experience in project management, with at least 7 years in a digital PMO leadership role within the FMCG/FMCH sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is preferred.
Skills:
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects.
Proficiency in project management software and digital tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience as PMO role within a digital carveout program is a significant advantage
