The Global Marketing function is focused on supporting the strategic and revenue growth priorities of the Bank. The function focuses on understanding customers and the identification, development and execution of Marketing strategies, campaigns and activities that support and strengthen the HSBC brand, support the drive for revenue and increase customer value and satisfaction in order to meet agreed targets and objectives at both a global and market level.
This role will be part of Digital Marketing Acquisition function and will be responsible to drive our digital sales initiatives. This role is pivotal in enabling business growth by managing sales data, creating actionable insights, and supporting partnerships and agencies. The ideal candidate is data-savvy, detail-oriented, and experienced in dashboard creation using tools like Excel and Power BI
Principal Responsibilities
Support the Digital Sales team by delivering timely and accurate data insights to drive business decisionsCreate and manage MIS reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and digital sales metricsBuild and maintain business dashboards using Excel and Power BI to visualize sales performance, funnel health, and partner performanceAnalyze data trends and generate actionable insights to enhance digital sales effectivenessManage relationships with external partners and agencies, ensuring alignment and performance trackingMaintain and update partner MIS, providing regular analysis and performance reportsMonitor and manage the sales funnel, identifying bottlenecks and recommending optimization strategiesCollaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and tech to streamline digital sales operationsProvide ad-hoc support for strategic digital sales projects and initiativesSome careers open more doors than others.
