Directly, or indirectly, manages the process from lead validation to product and services delivery, working with marketing, customer service, operations and delivery providers to ensure the highest level of supply chain management is delivered to customers. Job Description – Digital Sales Specialist
This role within our Digital Orthodontics (SPARK Clear Aligners) on providing technical, operational and consultative sales and educational approach to Dental professionals with a full focus on our Clear Aligner SPARK. The successful candidate will be responsible for promote products and services as well as initial processing and assessment of digital orthodontic cases and related technical support.
Territory Responsibility: Saudi Arabia and GCC
Primary Location: Saudi Arabia (Riyadh or Jeddah)
Reporting to: Orthodontics BU Commercial Leader
Primary duties:
Generate sales leads for SPARK clear aligners system via creation, cascade, and communication of added value of the solution – raising level of awareness and interestInitiation and follow up on sales-cycle on generating and achieving revenue targets and other leading indicators of territory performanceProvide quick response and resolution to customers' requests.Scheduling promotional and technical follow up with doctorsSupport customers by phone, email and/or remote supportCoordination and support for marketing, T&E, and clinical teams on activation plansFollows corporate policies regarding customer entertainment and customer relationsProviding technical support (software & web) for products in our digital portfolioUnderstands and support the company's policies and procedures to provide proper and effective support to our customersCoordinate on case delivery timelines estimates between doctors and dealer’s commercial teamsCoordinate and execute on collaborative marketing and training events with IOS BUJob Requirements
External Education / Experience:
B.A. or B.S degree or equivalent required (Dental/Oral Health/Science/technical background highly regarded)3+ years Orthodontic Industry Experience in a clinical, educational, sales or training role. Previous Aligner experience highly regarded.Proper understanding of digital workflow and industry trends and manufacturing processes.Strong presentation and communication capabilities and ability to represent the company in different types of scientific occasion “Key Expert meetings, conferences, exhibitions, RTD’s”Skills:
Tech-savvy, fully IT literate (Windows, MAC, MS Office, remote support tools).
