Joining HPE in a graduate role is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive individual to grow with us and help us drive our continued success globally. You’ll be joining a young, vibrant and international team who will support you throughout the duration of the graduate program to grow, develop and succeed.

What you’ll do :
During the two-year HPE Graduate Program, you will :
Be given an assigned sales territory to grow and build your relationships, working with other businesses to advise on multi-products, services, and integrated solutions across our varied portfolio of products and services Review account activities to uncover new business or up-selling opportunities. Build your own understanding of your clients’ industry, identify emerging market trends and opportunities, support with market campaigns, and execute campaign follow-up. Support the Digital Sales Account Managers and Partner Business Managers with day-to-day activitiesProvide support with pricing, escalation and ad-hoc activitiesWhat you’ll need:
Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in either 2024 or 2025 with a focus in business, management, economics, or relatedUp to 12 months of relevant experienceStrong verbal and written communication skills in English and CzechExperience or a proven interest in sales and a passion for technologyExcellent at building relationships at all levels and having solution focused discussionsWhat we’d prefer you bring:
