Digital Sales Engineer

Based in Karlstad, Molnlycke, Malmo or Stockholm, you will be responsible for growing sales, through your assigned accounts as well as generating business from new accounts. You will engage with new and existing customers digitally and remotely, using digital and remote sales tools to achieve the agreed sales targets. **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Responsible for the achievement of sales, bookings and online purchasing targets for the Emerson Portfolio within the agreed segment of customers through digital interactions. + Engage with customers using digital tools, e-commerce platforms and other digital means (including Teams and phones) to assist customers in product selection, application support, access to expertise and placement of orders. Understand their needs, providing tailored products and solutions. + Understand and use available data analytics and reports to optimize account growth strategies, including whitespace analysis, pricing actions and customer segmentation + Discuss and agree with sales management monthly actions plans and maintain account plans with short, medium- and long-term sales strategies + Cooperate closely with Inside and outside sales, order management and tech support to ensure the appropriate delivery of commitments to customers, and work to maximize customer satisfaction. **Who You Are:** You are a proactive self-starter with a strong drive for results who can take on the challenge of unfamiliar tasks and are ready to take actions without having all information readily available.
