OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Operations associate to join our growing team. Reporting to the Operations Manager or Supervisor on shift you would perform various key duties related to IGT’s digital lottery retail operations on-site in Lawrenceville, New Jersey.
Responsibilities Process and fulfill lottery ticket orders Appropriately coordinates, executes, validates, tracks ticket processing Ensures equipment is always well-maintained and in good operating condition Troubleshoot basic technical issues on equipment Verify orders for accuracy and completeness Escalate issues, concerns, and feedback as appropriate in a timely manner to management team Adhere to established operating procedures to maintain quality standards Assist management with optimizing operational efficiency Qualifications Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Excel under pressure, proactive attitude, team player Experience with technology such as computers, scanners and printers Detail-oriented and self-directed Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional organizational skills Ability to read, understand, and follow policies and procedures

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $16 - $18. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
