**Overview** We’re seeking a tech-savvy **Digital Project Manager** who understands the full digital ecosystem—from frontend and backend development basics to API integrations and cloud hosting. You won’t be writing code, but you’ll need enough technical fluency to manage development teams, communicate requirements clearly, troubleshoot blockers, and keep digital projects on track. **Responsibilities** + **Define and Drive Tech-Enabled Projects** Translate business goals into clear project scopes, including functional specifications, technical requirements, and integration points. + **Technical Project Planning & Scheduling** Develop detailed project plans and timelines that factor in development sprints, QA cycles, and deployment schedules, using tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Asana. + **Resource & Budget Management** Coordinate cross-functional resources across development, UX/UI, QA, and third-party vendors, optimizing for efficiency and managing project budgets. + **Stakeholder Communication & Alignment** Act as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders—explaining concepts like APIs, database dependencies, cloud services, or CMS platforms in accessible terms. + **Development Team Collaboration** Work closely with developers to understand architecture decisions, manage backlog grooming, clarify acceptance criteria, and facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives. + **Agile & Hybrid Methodologies** Champion Agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban, adapting workflows to project needs and organizational culture. + **Technical Oversight & Risk Management** Identify potential technical risks or bottlenecks early (e.g., legacy system constraints, security compliance, or data migration challenges) and proactively address them. + **Digital Analytics & Performance Monitoring** Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar tools to track KPIs, monitor digital user behavior, and inform optimization post-launch. + **Process Optimization & Documentation** Continuously improve project workflows, maintain technical documentation, and ensure knowledge transfer across teams. **Qualifications** + 4+ years managing digital or tech projects in fast-paced or agency environments. + Solid understanding of web and mobile development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics; RESTful APIs; CMS platforms like WordPress or headless CMS). + Familiarity with cloud infrastructure basics (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deployment pipelines (CI/CD concepts). + Experience using project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana. + Comfortable collaborating with developers, UX/UI designers, QA testers, and technical leads. + Basic understanding of database concepts and version control systems (e.g., Git). + Knowledge of Agile methodologies—Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid. + Ability to analyze technical documentation and translate it for business and creative teams. + Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. **Additional information** + Generous leave entitlements, including birthday leave, rest day and family care leave. + Office closure for World Mental Health Day 10th October. + Additional Company closure for all 4 major festive Celebrations + Cashless comprehensive medical coverage, including access to a panel clinic, dental and optical care. + Life and personal accident insurance and group hospitalization and surgery. + A hybrid working schedule and with Friday disconnects. + Rest Relax & Recharge - office closure last week of December every year. + Phone Allowance
